McCartyHerndon,
REALTORS prides itself on the expertise and specialization
it is able to provide in leasing and managing homes. We have
been actively managing and leasing properties since the early
fifties and include in our inventory properties that have been
under our management for more than twenty years. It is our total
commitment to treat each property as though it was our own. We
are diligent in our efforts to maintain an active communication
line with our owners. To that end, our owners are contacted regularly
regarding such things as repairs, maintenance, bids, renewals,
marketing, applicant approvals, leasing progress, non-payment
of rent, eviction process, slow pays, small claims court results.
One of our staff members is always available by phone or pager
twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for the convenience
of our owners and tenants.
McCartyHerndon,
REALTORS places a high value on responsible tenants and
works hard to get acquainted with each one. All tenants are counseled
before move-in regarding their lease obligations, explaining
their responsibilities, clarifying mutual expectations, defining
emergencies and are encouraged to feel free to contact our office
whenever necessary. Should there come a time when a tenant is
failing to perform under the terms of their lease, we will act
swiftly to remedy the situation.
McCarty-Herndon, REALTORS has a long history of success in leasing properties
to some of the very best tenants in the shortest period of time!
